LOCA Arts Education is a nonprofit organization of instructors, professional artists and advocates providing visual arts education for people of all ages throughout Laguna Beach for 31 years. LOCA provides workshops at Crystal Cove State Park, Glennwood House, Laguna Beach Public Library, Laguna Beach Boys & Girls Club (Canyon and Bluebird Park branches), Waymakers Youth Shelter, the Laguna Beach Community Center, local parks, galleries and businesses, and online to everyone. Formats include classroom workshops, lectures, walking tours, pop up studios, videos and private events. Membership is open to everyone.
