Coast Summit
The Festival’s Coast Summit celebrates the visionary leaders who are pioneering solutions to some of the most pressing challenges of our time. The summit features panel discussions, premiere film screenings and keynote address, get ready to connect with world-class athletes, captivating storytellers, passionate activists, and changemakers who are making a real difference.
K-12 Educational Programs
The Festival also organizes curated speaker and film presentations at local schools to introduce adventure and conservation stories that spark curiosity and adventure in young students.
The Festival of Arts offers a variety of classes and workshops during the summer season. Reservations required unless otherwise noted. 2025 season: July 2 through August 29. Closed July 4 and August 23.

The Friends of the Laguna Beach Library partners with many local arts groups such as Laguna Beach Live! and LOCA to provide arts programming at the library, including popular children’s art, music and storytelling programs.
Art-a-Fair offers semi-private instruction from award-winning professional artists. Receive valuable instruction, learn new techniques and expand your artistic horizons in weekly class sessions. Class size is limited to 6 students, must be 16 years or older. The curriculum changes yearly with updated class listings available every spring.
The Laguna Art Museums hosts monthly art workshops for adults and the LAM Kids Studio program, as well as special demonstrations and presentations by guest artists.

LOCA Art Talks are for anyone and everyone who loves the visual arts. Attendees get to meet fascinating artists and industry leaders and learn about their work and careers.
The Laguna Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA) is dedicated to preserving and promoting the vibrant legacy of landscape painting in Laguna Beach through diverse events, programs and educational initiatives including classes, workshops, painting demonstrations and art talks for artists at all skill levels. Additionally, we provide opportunities for non-painters to engage with the artists and learn more about the plein air art form.
Music History Hall is dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the history of American music through curated music and cultural events and projects ranging from podcasts to books to art exhibits to its award-winning American Music History course.

No Square Theatre offers musical theater and acting classes and camps for children and adults through its Square Roots Theatre Program.
